Meet The Instructors

KIMBERLY PRINCE

After completing her education in Biomedical Engineering and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California, Kim spent the better part of 15 years in the clinical world working with patients as young as 8 weeks all the way to 90+ years old.

Her work running functional neurology clinics around the globe allowed the privilege of hands-on experience with an array of challenges from developmental delays to degenerative neurological diseases, mental health struggles, and even to professional sport performance and injury rehabilitation.

Kim also had the opportunity to design and execute research with the likes of UCLA, USC, and Children’s Hospital LA.  The one unifying principle she saw over and over across ages, diagnoses, and geographical location, is the undeniable power of your nervous system.  When your nervous system is properly balanced health outcomes skyrocket… when it’s not, challenges get big.

Now as a mom of 7, Kim uses her 20+ years of experience to guide women through proactive wellness programs that help create health, confidence and success in the roles most important to you.

As the co-founder of KOIN Systems, her greatest passion is to create a community of support and empowerment so you can take the reins of your health while you build deeper connections and watch your whole family thrive.

JONATHAN WILLIAMS

Jonathan Williams is the founder of New Chapter Fitness and has been a personal trainer for 18 years in the Conejo Valley. He has trained hundreds of clients of diverse ages and fitness levels. Jonathan specializes in sports performance enhancement, weight loss, and corrective exercise. His training programs also include Olympic lifting and powerlifting for the purpose of increasing sports specific speed and power as well as injury prevention. His workouts are challenging but fun and guaranteed to push you toward your fitness goals!

Jonathan has a background in basketball, track and soccer and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for water polo at Westlake high school.  He is a contributing writer for Muscle and Fitness-the world’s top bodybuilding magazine and also a contributing videographer for Workouttrainer.com. He studied sports medicine at Pepperdine university in Malibu and was the trainer of the year for 24 hour fitness in 2005. Whatever your athletic or fitness goals, Jonathan is equipped to get you there.
