JONATHAN WILLIAMS – NCF FOUNDER

Meet Jonathan.

Jonathan Williams is the dynamic force behind New Chapter Fitness, a premier fitness destination in Westlake Village, CA. Armed with a B.S. in Business Administration and Sports Medicine from Pepperdine University, Jonathan has been reshaping lives through fitness for over two decades.

With a diverse background that includes being named Trainer of the Year at 24 Hour Fitness in 2005, Jonathan has honed his craft to perfection. He’s not just a personal trainer; he’s a fitness powerhouse. From working with NFL, NBA, MLB, and MLS athletes to coaching youth and adult sports programs, Jonathan’s expertise knows no bounds.

Meet Coach O.

He joins New Chapter Fitness with a coaching background that goes back a decade- from learning alongside elite track and field athletes and coaches to creating personalized exercise and lifestyle programming for busy professionals, guiding people to confident, optimized activity through physical and mental restoration.

His coaching style draws from kinesiology, sports performance, exercise neuroscience, and mindfulness. The critical question is always- how can moving better today create better living tomorrow?

That lifestyle focus is what made him feel aligned with the New Chapter Fitness way- Jonathan’s knowledge, experience, and proven commitment to equipping people through real training created an immediate connection. Oseoba looks to help expand the team’s capacity to turn clients’ dreams into reality- and create a community of everyday people training with the tools of world-class athletes.

EXPERIENCE

Through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he is educated and certified as personal trainer, nutrition coach, and a corrective exercise specialist.  Additionally, he is a USATF Level 1 Certified coach.

He graduated from Cornell University in 2019, and competed on the Varsity Track and Field team for his entire time there.

As an athlete, his 16 year triple jump career includes school records, numerous accolades at the Division 1 level, Ivy League team championship records, and a couple of USA national championship qualifications.  He continues to train and compete professionally- and finds joy in showing others the transformative power of training for a purpose.

DR. AARON SCHNEIDER – CHIROPRACTOR

Meet Dr. Aaron Schneider.

He’s a SoCal, Ventura County native, and received his Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose. Since graduating in 2017, he has practiced in several California clinics in the Bay area and central coast, eventually coming back home to Southern California.

He has a particular love for working with the head and the feet (the two ends of the body), and specializes in TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and anything in the extremities. He believes in restoring the natural motion of ALL the joints of the body, thus restoring the ideal communication between the brain and body and its ability to heal itself and thrive. In his opinion there is no difference between the highest level athlete and the couch potato in terms of how the body functions. We all have the same parts and the same potential.

He joined the NCF team in 2021 after having trained at NCF and getting stronger than he ever has been in his entire life. His goal here at NCF is to give every single client the best opportunity to reach their goals, both in the gym and out of it; that means making sure your body and nervous system are working optimally, you’re recovering quickly, you’re minimizing the chance of injury, and if you do
get injured, you recover quickly so you can get back to doing what you love.

Exercise and chiropractic are the perfect match. A well-timed session is a serious cheat code- restore your alignment, unlock your natural abilities, and experience new heights in training. Dr. Aaron looks forward to working with you as you pursue a New Chapter of life.

I am a 65-year-old guy who worked out almost every day of his life from the age of 25. My wife started working out with Jonathan and I saw incredible results.
