New Chapter Fitness Youth & Agility Training is a division of NCF that deals specifically with the athletic development of athletes of all ages and levels.

  • corrective exercise and movement mechanics

  • injury prevention/rehab

  • speed training and plyometrics

  • agility

  • quickness and reaction

  • strength training (calisthenics, Olympic lifting, powerlifting)

OUR COACHES have experience playing at and coaching on the high school, collegiate and professional levels. We also remain connected with and make use of a large network of professionals in EVERY sport so as to provide our athletes with the most effective training programs.
NCF TRAINERS have experience working with athletes in football, lacrosse, basketball, baseball, soccer, boxing, water polo, volleyball, golf, and a host of other sports. We train not only the body but also the minds of the athletes and prepare them for the highest levels of athletic competition.
