New Chapter Fitness offers Volleyball Performance training for athletes ages 12-18.
For athletes looking to:
✔ increase vertical jump
✔ reduce injury risk and/or rehab current injuries
✔ improve lateral movement/quickness
✔ improve volleyball specific speed and power
VERT is a program designed to improve the overall athleticism of participants with a focus on vertical jump training! Athletes will be challenged with plyometrics, balance and core training, as well as multi planar speed and agility. All of these techniques will contribute to drastically improving the athletic ability of the participants as well as decrease their risk for injury.
