WHAT TO EXPECT

These sessions focus on agility and sport specific movements at high speed along with the weight training exercises that complement those movements.
Speed and agility sessions are geared towards helping athletes run faster and be more agile in a more general sense.
The power and strength sessions present the athletes with the opportunity to increase overall power output as well as develop the strength to continue progressing in their power development.
These sessions focus on the minute details of powerlifting technique-basic body mechanics-as well as Olympic weightlifting.
The focus in these sessions is to develop the technique required to decrease wasted motion and improve sprint technique by training the core and balance of the athletes and then integrating movements to produce an optimal result.
The more mobile and flexible athletes are, the better they will perform and decrease risk for injury. These sessions will be geared toward improving mobility and decreasing injury risk as well as giving the athletes an opportunity to recover from the other training they have participated in.
