Jonathan Williams has been a personal trainer for 13 years in the Conejo Valley. He has trained hundreds of clients of diverse ages and fitness levels. Jonathan specializes in sports performance enhancement, weight loss, and corrective exercise. His training programs also include Olympic lifting and powerlifting for the purpose of increasing sports specific speed and power as well as injury prevention. His workouts are challenging but fun and guaranteed to push you toward your fitness goals!

Jonathan has a background in basketball, track and soccer and has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for water polo at Westlake high school.  He is a contributing writer for Muscle and Fitness-the world’s top bodybuilding magazine and also a contributing videographer for Workouttrainer.com. He studied sports medicine at Pepperdine university in Malibu and was the trainer of the year for 24 hour fitness in 2005. Whatever your athletic or fitness goals, Jonathan is equipped to get you there.
