FAS4T

Functional Athletic Speed Strength and Stability Sports Training

The FAS4T program is designed to take athletes during their off season and examine their weak areas on their game and mitigate those weaknesses through proper training protocols. Training sessions will involve basic strength and conditioning with an emphasis on form and technique. Additionally, corrective exercise will be implemented to help rehabilitate past injuries as well as reduce the risk for impending injury. For some athletes, advanced strength and conditioning programming such as powerlifting and Olympic lifting will be integrated but that will only be for advanced athletes with proper body mechanics that permit for them to perform such movements.

Lastly, as the next season nears, the FAS4T program will begin to focus on speed, agility, and quickness so that athletes make an appropriate transition into the upcoming
season.

FAS4T also functions as an in season training program that facilitates continued enhancements in athletic performance as well as injury rehabilitation and prevention.
